Your Computer

In order to operate the PackRat software properly, your computer must operate using Windows 2000/2003/NT/XP systems.

We also suggest for optimal use, that you use a broadband Internet connection. Slower connections will work, but may take considerable more time for the upload. If you are using a 56k dial up connection, please be sure to disable call waiting on your telephone line. For most phone companies this means dialling dial #43# on your voice phone to prevent the possible interuption of the upload.

Please note that PackRat does not work with UNIX (Linux) or Macintosh operating systems at this time. Please check back with us frequently as we are adding this capability soon.
